We are an independent, privately run entity engaging in the service of running sports leagues. We are not affiliated with any sports centre, venue or stadium.

Playing Sport
Neither SquashMatch nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for loss, damage or personal injury arising out of, or in connection with the use of this website. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property, and claims of third parties.
Please note that all sports have risks associated with them and players are fully responsible for looking after themselves. Stretching and warming up before playing any sport and stretching and cooling down afterwards is highly recommended.
The only footwear permitted is non-marking sports trainers. You are responsible for ensuring that your footwear is appropriate for the sport you are engaging in.
If you bring spectators then you are responsible for them and their behaviour.
Use of this website
We endeavour to keep the website online consistently, however we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to this website due to nature of the internet and any unforeseen circumstances not in the reasonable control of SquashMatch.
We reserve the right to cancel any user's account at any time and without notice.
All users must be over the age of 18 at the time of registration.
You will supply correct information regarding yourself.
You will not post or upload any material, content or opinions that are:
of a marketing, promotional or spam nature;
distasteful, demeaning or harassing to other users;
unlawful.
You will not attempt to upload any malicious data.
You will not share your login (username/password) information or any user's details.
You will not attempt to impersonate another user.
Membership and Fees
All prices are subject to change. Fees for seasons and any events are non refundable.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any change of status, including removal from a pending season or termination of membership.
Membership to this site may be terminated at any time.
You must cancel your membership at least 4 day's prior to the end of the next season, to avoid being included in the following season.
You are responsible for paying periodic subscription fees according to the then-current billing terms.
This website currently uses Stripe for online payments.
The standard seasonal cycle is 6 weeks but may vary per league.
Seasonal fees are charged per season.
Seasonal fees may vary per league.
After playing your first season, if you do not wish to continue, there is no charge. If you do wish to continue, you pay the seasonal fee and thereafter the same fee per season .
It is your responsibility to pay your seasonal fees each season until you cancel.
Subscriptions may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. You must promptly inform us in writing of the following: changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with this website; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorised disclosure or use of a username or password. Until we are notified of a breach in security, you will remain liable for any unauthorised use of this website.
Competitions And Prizes
We may run competitions, free prize draws and promotions on the website. In each case these will be subject to additional competition terms which will be made available on this website.
