Connaught Ladies Squash League

About this league

The Connaught Club is a lovely Club set in the heart of Epping Forest. The Club is just a 10 minute walk from Chingford mainline station and has ample parking for those travelling by car. The squash section was introduced in 1970 and has four courts, two glass back and two hard. The Club offers both squash and racketball and welcomes players of all ages and levels.

Our resident coach, Dave Webster runs two coach led Club nights. On a Monday between 6 and 7.30 p.m. we have a Racketball Night and on a Thursday between 7.30 and 9.15 pm we have a Squash Night. The cost of these nights is £10 to non members and £7 to members. Everyone is welcome to attend. In addition we have a Club night on a Sunday that costs just £2.50 to attend.

Why not come along and try either the Club nights or sign up to our league. I have also been told we have the best showers in Essex and also a lovely bar area to relax in after your game.
